This traditional Spanish villa is situated in the beautiful rural Spanish countryside of Andalusia close to Chiclana and the ancient town of Cadiz. Although only 30 minutes away from the beach and other activities, it offers the ideal respite from the "commercial Spain" and an opportunity to savour the real Spanish lifestyle in the residential area of Pinar de la Franceses. With it's spacious 4 bedrooms, large lounge, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), kitchen, 2 Naya's and 10m X 4m swimming pool (Jun-Sep), it offers the ideal location for that relaxing holiday or break.

This spacious traditional Spanish villa sleeps up to 8 people in it's 4 bedrooms which comprise of 2 large double bedrooms (one with ensuite) and 2 large twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have ample storage  The kitchen includes a gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and all the usual utensils you would expect. Outside there is a utility room with a washing machine, additional sink and clothes line. 

The large spacious lounge comprises of both a 2 and 3 seater settee, again with ample storage space. The lounge also has a real log fireplace for those cooler winter evenings (electric heaters are also provided). The villa also has a portable television (Spanish channels only) complete with DVD player and a good selection of DVD's. The main bathroom  comprises of a bath (with shower), toilet, bidet & handbasin. 

Set within large mature gardens with  ornamental, nut and fruit trees, the villa offers 2 large Naya's (one to the front and one to the side) both equipped with table and chairs and both offering the ideal place for that evening meal (perhaps cooked on the Barbeque) complete with a  bottle of Spanish wine. The Costa de la Luz is renown for its fine weather and to help you keep cool is a 10m X 4m swimming pool complete with patio furniture (there is a further patio area to the front of the villa). Also to the outside of the villa is a shower area to help cool off in the hot summer sun. There is also a staircase to the roof top terrace  offering wonderful views across the surrounding countryside - as far as Cadiz can be seen.

There is a large "Eroski" hypermarket within a 5 minute drive from the villa. A number of restaurants can be found either in Chiclana which  is about a 10 minute drive away or at the more modern Nova Sancti Petri which can be reached in about 30 minutes. This is also the home of the renowned "Nova Sancti Petri" Golf course. The most closest  (and in our opinion the best)  beach is the 8 mile long beach at La Barrosa  again about a 20 minute drive. Here can be found some very restuarants, with one in particular having a magnificent sea view out to the Atlantic.
